Electro-Mechanical Assembly
Scope/Responsibility/Authority:

  • Assemble/solder/inspect/test electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical assemblies used in the aerospace industry.
  • Follow traveler, drawing and specification requirements.​

Qualification Requirements:

Education: High School or GED.

Skills:

  • ​Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions to manufacture soldered electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Ability to work with common assembly tools.
  • Ability to perform high reliability solder terminations. 
  • Ability to assemble small detail parts.
  • Ability to pass required vision examination.


Experience:

​2 years manufacturing electrical, electronic, and/or electro-mechanical devices.  Soldering experience in an AS9100 environment is a bonus.  J-STD-001 solder technician certification is also a bonus.​


Sales Administration
Scope/Responsibility/Authority:

Responsible for

  • Preparation of sales quotes
  • Customer service regarding quotes, sales of spare parts and consumables, warranty management
  • Performing research for foreign military quotes
  • Overseeing shipping logistics inclusive of export licensing
  • Ensuring shipping is in accordance with customer’s requirements
  • Providing administrative reports on inventory, sales, etc.
  • Providing advertising and marketing support
  • General administrative support for the sales department

Qualification Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office – Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus


Machinist - Mill
Scope/Responsibility/Authority:

  • Perform various machining operations such as; CNC mill. 5 axis experience a plus
  • Skills to use support equipment such as, Bridgeport mill, manual lathe and grinders as required
  • General knowledge and understanding of CAD/CAM programming (Solidworks/Camworks is a plus)
  • Support welding and sheet metal with tooling as needed
  • Write programs to mill parts from start to finish
  • Follow traveler procedures

Skills:

  • ​​Mechanically inclined
  • Read blueprints
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn CAD/CAM programs
  • Use precision measuring equipment
  • Safety conscious

Experience:

​Past experience in machining processes. 5-axis experience is a plus.


Quality Control Inspector
Scope/Responsibility/Authority:
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform receiving, In-process, and Final inspection of parts and assemblies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to verify the outside process preformed on parts and hardware conform to print requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform testing on hardware and assemblies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain in process and final inspection quality records.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform other duties as required by the organization.
Qualification Requirements:

Pass required vision examination

Skills:
  • The ability to read prints and specifications.
  • Use of hand tools and surface plate set-up.
  • Use of a CMM.
  • Familiarity with ASME Y14.5M
Experience:

5 years minimum experience of mechanical inspection.​
